Purchasing

Information

We try to keep information and prices on this website updated, but sometimes there may occur wrong data. Please take information on our website as guidance only and if you want to be sure about some detail, please contact us and consult your enquiry with us. Most of wrong orders are caused by lack of attention during the order. We are making great efforts to notice frequently recurring mistakes, but unfortunately we can not filter out all incorrect orders.

Placing order

You can place your order by:

Subsequent amendments of and deviations from these Conditions of Business require the written confirmation by both parties to be effective.

Payment

The payment methods we accept are:

Bank transfer

Deposit

If the ordered buffer tank have to be manufactured and/or is not a commonly sold or special type buffer tank or if the total value of the order exceeds a certain amount, we may require a deposit payment. The amount is normally 15% of the total amount of the product or order.

In this case, it is necessary to pay the deposit before entering the buffer tank into production qeue. If the goods are not taken over or you don't show interest in taking over for more than couple of weeks, the deposit may be used to compensate for our expenses incurred.

Shipping and delivery

Delivery time is a matter of agreement. We will let you know about delivery time in advance and you'll have the option to refuse or change this delivery time before products are dispatched by withdrawing from the contract. This can be done if products are standard and not customized for your requirements and products haven't been dispatched already.

Although we will do our best to deliver your goods on time and according to our agreement, if an exceptional or sudden situation occurs, we reserve the right not to deliver the product or to deliver it with a delay. We are not responsible for the delivery time and bear no responsibility for your related costs.

If you repeatedly fail to take over the products you ordered you'll be responsible for all associated costs for the transport of ordered products.

When taking over the goods, make sure you check them carefully and write down details of any missing items or damages you find into the document that you sign to haulier. If there are important damages you can also refuse to take shipment over.

Return and Refund policy

Returns

In order to qualify for our refunds policy, all buffer tanks and accessories must be in a re-saleable condition i.e. undamaged, in their original and undamaged packaging, unworn and complete with all original tags and labels attached.

We reserve the right to refuse to refund buffer tanks or accessories that are returned that are not in re-saleable condition. Items returned in an unsatisfactory and not in a re-saleable condition may be returned to you at your expense.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

If you return a single item bought as part of a multi-buy discount offer (for example buy 3 for £30.00) you will be refunded the full price of the item less any discount given in the offer. If you return all the items purchased with the multi-buy offer discount you will refunded with the full multi-buy value.

To return your product, we recommend you to contact us first so we can estimate legitimacy and possibly save your time and expenses.

If you are shipping an item over 50GBP, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment or in case of a Cash on Delivery payment will be refunded by bank transfer within a certain amount of days.

Privacy policy

The administrator of personal data sent through buffer-tank.co.uk website is Linszter Ltd (Hereinafter referred to as "Linszter").

Linszter processes personal data that entities send through contacts and a contact or order form for the purpose of concluding or fulfilling the contract.

If an entity has forwarded or will forward to Linszter personal data of other persons, that entity is required to inform such persons about the processing of personal data to ensure the lawfulness of this processing. Otherwise, this entity is liable to Linszter for the damage caused.
